Returns & Exchanges

At Gamer Supps, we want to ensure you are fully powered up; however, due to the nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sample packs and limited edition drop items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your tub or shaker is unopened, still in its original shrink-wrap, and that the order was delivered within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our GG support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our fulfillment center using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is processed safely.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees.
